Introduction

This summer's joint BSPR-EBI meeting, entitled 'From the Visible to the Hidden Proteome', will take place between 12-14 July at the Wellcome Trust Conference Centre in Hinxton. The meeting focuses on strategies to expand the number of proteins that can be detected, quantified and characterised, and features an outstanding selection of speakers, including the Nobel Prize winner Sir Tim Hunt.
