Visitors can inform themselves of the wide variety of renewable energy sources and energy efficiency in building construction and renovation. The spectrum of topics ranges from photovoltaic and solar thermal energy to geothermal energy, heat pumps, cogeneration, biomass, stirling, heating with wood and energy services. About a quarter of the floor space will go to covering the topic of passive houses, which is the trade fair's main theme.
