The XXII Brazilian Meeting on Inorganic Chemistry will be held from 13-16 September 2026 in Armação dos Búzios, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The event will be jointly organised with the X Latin American Meeting on Biological Inorganic Chemistry, the XI Brazilian Meeting on Rare Earths and the IV Workshop on Theoretical Bioinorganic Chemistry. The meeting aims to bring together researchers, students and professionals working in inorganic chemistry and related fields to discuss recent scientific advances and emerging challenges. Topics include Coordination Chemistry, Solid-State Inorganic Materials and Nanomaterials, Bioinorganic and Medicinal Inorganic Chemistry, Eare Earth Chemistry and applications, Teoretical and Computational Inorganic Chemistry, Organometallic Chemistry, Catalysis, Energynand Environment, and Electrochemistry and Electroactive Materials. The scientific programme will feature plenary and invited lectures, contributed oral presentations and poster sessions. The event will provide opportunities for early-career researchers and graduate students to present their work and interact with leading scientists in the field. Abstract submission and registration are open through the conference website until June 30th (Early Bird). The meeting will provide a forum for the dissemination of new research results and for strengthening collaborations within the Brazilian and international inorganic chemistry communities. Activities will also include workshops, round-table discussions and initiatives dedicated to supporting young researchers. Social events are also planned.
