Staying Healthy In An Emotionally Toxic Business Environment

17 October 2013, Fremont, United States

Introduction
All of us work better in a culture that is supportive, energizing, and healthy. Not all work environments meet this criteria. How can you protect yourself? Dr. Ernest G. Hope, a cancer physician, state that stress creates the body environment that allows cancer cells to increase. He believes there is a correlation between stress and cancer. So if he is correct in this belief it is imperative to your health that you minimize stress. And it's more pleasurable to work in a positive work-space. Pleasure also increases your health and longevity.
