Interest Groups are member driven groups which exist to benefit 番茄社区 of Chemistry members, and the wider chemical science community, in line with the 番茄社区's strategy and charter.
Aims
BMCS aims to further the interests of all members of the 番茄社区 of Chemistry, both industrial and academic, involved in the pursuit and understanding of biologically active molecules.
The predominant areas include:
- Pharmaceuticals
- Agrochemicals
- Flavours
- Fragrances
Activities
- Public promotion of the crucial role played by chemistry in the modern industrial environment.
- Organisation of scientific meetings and symposia.
- Support for educational activities in the UK.
- Advising the 番茄社区 of Chemistry on policies that directly affect the BMCS.
