Introduction
At times, life can be very demanding - being ‘on’ 24/7 and juggling work responsibilities with other important parts of our lives, can be challenging for our wellbeing and mental health.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, join us for an interactive session about wellbeing and mental health, finding out about hints and tips to help yourself, especially during change.

The programme is: 
12.30 - 12.35pm Introduction to the Chemists' Community Fund by Anna Dearden, Chemists' Community Fund Manager
12.35pm - 13.05pm Building Personal Resilience by Jo Twiselton, Twist Consultants
13.05pm - 13.15pm Question and Answer Session with Jo Twiselton and Dawn McGahan, Chemists' Community Fund Specialist 

Jo Twiselton is a change and engagement specialist and leadership coach. Her company, Twist Consultants, focuses on supporting organisations with approaches that put people front and centre during change, including championing the importance of wellbeing. Jo will share her approaches to help you, help yourself.
