The ·¬ÇÑÉçÇø Separation Science Interest Group is delighted to announce that Professor John Langley F·¬ÇÑÉçÇø has been awarded the 2025 Knox Medal by the ·¬ÇÑÉçÇø Separation Science Group.
The Knox Medal is the Group’s most prestigious honour, awarded to recognise outstanding and sustained contributions to separation science. In John’s case this includes committing considerable time over the length of his career to active community engagement and support.
Alongside his pioneering research in supercritical fluid, liquid and gas chromatography, and their applications in petrochemicals and renewable fuels, Prof. Langley has been a strong advocate for open access science and has shown exceptional commitment to the promotion and mentoring of early career researchers, helping to build a thriving and inclusive analytical science community.
Congratulations to Prof. Langley on this well-deserved recognition! 🎉
