The ·¬ÇÑÉçÇø's Environmental Chemistry Group committee is delighted to announce that #EnvChem2026 Chemistry of the Whole Environment, will take place at the University of Warwick- The Slate on July the 2nd and 3rd 2026.

Abstract Call

This is an unmissable event for early career and established environmental chemists. A unique opportunity to present your research and hear the cutting edge in all aspects of environmental chemistry across a programme of presentations from delegates who submit abstracts in the themes listed below. 
  1. ​Climate and Environmental Processes in Soil, Water and Air: Carbon cycling, capture and storage and biogeochemical fluxes.
  2. Emerging Contaminants and Novel Techniques: Innovations in detection, characterisation and remediation, including sustainable analytical approaches.
  3. The Food–Environment–Climate Nexus: Chemistry linking food systems, soil health and environmental emissions.
  4. Atmospheric Chemistry: Indoor air, greenhouse gases, aerosols and air–climate interactions.
  5. Ecotoxicology and Planetary Health: Impacts of contaminants and climate stressors on ecosystems and human health.
  6. Data-Driven Environmental Chemistry: AI, machine learning and big data to prediction and integration.

Free parking is available for all conference delegates.
The University operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system, so vehicles must be registered in advance or on arrival.
