This week long course covers how to perform a metabolic profiling experiment, including:
1) Study design, sample preparation, the use of mass spectrometry for global profiling and targeted methodologies and data analysis.
2) Instrument set up, method development and acquisition through global profiling and targeted analyses of biofluids, using the newest QToF and TQ instrumentation.
3) Data analysis workshops allowing attendees to process data acquired, in order to develop interpretation skills.
